I am a USA national and would like to apply for a 10 year tourist visa or 5 year tourist visa. Whichever is available at this time. But I keep getting no current information. Which is available now and how much is the cost please?

I am not seeing on the Indian Consulate website a clear statement of whether the Indian government is welcoming tourist visitors now. There is mention of a 30 days visa only. I am American, resident in Germany, I have a certificate from the German Health Office proving I have RECOVERED and am IMMUNE to covid now. Is it possible for me to visit India now as a tourist? Is it true that only 30 days are available now? Can I apply for a 5 year visa?
